Each month we have a different online master class and in person meet up which anyone can register and attend for free.

Every month the meet up is different and can range from; walks, picnics, camping, talks, meals out, group fitness activity. Your ideas for meet ups are also, always welcome!

Twice a year we have workshop weekends, make sure you sign up to my newsletter to be notified when tickets are released, they sell out very fast!
